Our company Mladost from Leskovac, is a producer of the original mix of spices for Leskovački čevapčići and pleskavice, that does not include monosodium glutamate and allergens.

Leskovački čevapčići and pleskavice are part of Leskovački roštilj that is the most famous grill on Balkan. Its recipe is protected on a EU level. The caretaker of this protection is the Association for protection of »Leskovački roštilj«, a part of which is also the Mladost company, that has an exclusive right to use this international protection.

With our mix of spices, that is made accordingly to the original hundred years old recipe, we get the original taste as it is prescribed in the statute of the association.

To our business partners and to those who agree to work with us, after signing the contract, we give the original recipe for the preparation of the meat.
